Mr. Mościcki is a graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin John Paul II (2011).He was also an Ukrainian Law student at the Ukrainian Law School, established as an independent entity of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University (in the years 2008 -2010)

Mr. Mościcki was a participant of the Center for American Law courses organized by Chicago-Kent College of Law the Catholic University of Lublin (in the years 2009-2011).

Mr. Mościcki was an exchange student atVolyn National University Named after Lesya Ukrainka in Lutsk.

He is bar-certified in Poland (certificate No WA-14251).

In the years 2011-2018, Michał Mościcki was a student of PhD studies at theFaculty of Law,
Canon Law and Administration of the Catholic University. In the years 2013 – 2015 Mr. Mościcki was a lecturer of private international law at theFaculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the Catholic University. The PhD title received on the ground of dissertation "Model law of pledge based on polish and ukrainian law".

Work Experience since 2011, initially as an employee of law firms and currently of legal adviser's office, dealing with civil, commercial and economic law. He has worked with the Law firm Kosyło & Partners since 2011.

Mr. Mościcki is the author of over twenty scientific papers devoted to Polish and Ukrainian law.He was also a referent for dozens of scientific conferences in Poland and Ukraine.

Michał Mościcki participated as a national expert in the Project Study on the assessment of Regulation (EC) No 2201/2003 and the policy options for it amendment held by the European Commission.

He is the author of the report in the field of family law and civil procedure.Since 2015 - the President of the Polish Law Centre at the Lutsk Institute of Human Development of the "Ukraine"University.
